Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Here at Baby Central we are passionate in offering you the best range of products at the best prices. This is why our system is committed in only supplying direct to consumers.

Shipping And Handling
Standard Delivery

For your peace of mind all goods are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class post or UPS Standard Service, 2-3 days.

  • Delivery within the U.K, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is charged at a standard rate of £3.95 for all orders under the value of £45.00
  • All orders over the value of £45.00 will be free of charge

Priority Delivery (UK ONLY)

Our Priority Delivery option ensures that your order is picked, packed and shipped the same day it's ordered, if your order is placed before 1pm. These orders are sent out via UPS, and you will receive a UPS tracking number. Due to the festive season, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to arrive. 

Next Day Delivery Option

Our Next Day Delivery option is available at the cost of £5.95 and is sent via UPS.

Please note, we must receive orders before 1pm to be able to offer this service. Orders will be received next working day (excludes Saturday & Sunday). You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number, which may go into your junk folder.

Click & Collect

For Click & Collect orders: your order will be ready to collect within 1-2 working days. Once your Click & Collect order is ready, we will send you a confirmation email. Simply bring a copy of your email as proof of purchase.

If you have not collected your order after 7 days, we’ll send you a reminder, and again after 10 days. If we get to 15 days we will refund your money and return the order.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt on a working day. Goods are dispatched by 2nd Class or parcel carrier, and therefore should be received within 3 - 5 days working days of dispatch. Please note, our offices and warehouse is open Monday - Friday.

Order Shortages

An order shortage must be communicated to Customer Services within 7 working days of receipt of order, so that it can be investigated and resolved.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, your credit card details are processed by SagePay or PayPal, allowing you to shop online with confidence. We now are also accepting Klarna, more information on their services can be found here - 


We guarantee your satisfaction, however, should you be unhappy with your purchase you have the right to cancel the contract within 7 working days for a full refund. Where products have a hygiene seal, please keep this in place unless you wish to keep the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

Baby Central do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy & Procedure

Please ensure that the item is returned securely packaged, as we will not accept liability of damaged packs during transit. A refund won't be issued if the goods are received damaged.

You have 14 days to return your parcel and a further 14 days for us to receive it. Please note, if you have bought a product from our 'Rehome' range, these products are none returnable.

Returning your product because it’s unwanted

If the item is not faulty, but you have decided you no longer require it, simply return the unused item in its original condition to Baby Central, CMS House, Fynney Fields, Brooklands Way, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 7QG in the unopened packaging and we will either exchange the item or provide a refund for the complete order value, plus the standard delivery cost if the order is returned in full.  Please be aware that we can only process your refund once the item has been returned to us and checked, so it is recommended to obtain a proof of postage.

Returning your product because it has a fault

If the item develops a fault during the guarantee period we will either send you a post-paid envelope to return small items in or we will arrange for the item to be collected by courier from a UK address of your choice. Once the returned item has been received it will be reviewed by a our Technician.  The item will either be repaired under warranty or the item will be replaced.  Please ensure that the item is returned securely packaged, as we will not accept liability of damaged packs during transit. 

The following products are not eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described)

  • Products which you received over 14 days ago
  • Products bought at a Consumer/Trade Show and not via Baby Central
  • Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition
  • Products which have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty), such as the Cantaloop Maternity Lingerie, Carefix Bras, the Seamless Face Masks and the Sleep Angel Pillows

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold product, you are entitled to receive a product free from any manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date the product is purchased. We must be notified within 30 days from the date the product is purchased of any manufacture defects.

For any claims in regards to any missing parts or any cosmetic damage, customers must contact us within 30 days of purchase. **Preorders and backorders will be based on the date your product is received.

For any claims regarding missing or wrong items, customers must contact WonderFold within 30 days.

A sales receipt for proof of purchase, along with photos or videos of the issue, is required when submitting any warranty claims.

When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold Wagon from or an authorised seller, your product is covered under our one-year manufacturer warranty. Our warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the product.

When you purchase an open box or sample WonderFold Wagon from,, or an authorised seller, your product is covered under our 6 month manufacturer warranty. Our warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the product.

When you purchase a new, unused WonderFold Accessory from,, or an authorised seller, your product is covered under our 6-month manufacturer warranty. Our warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the product.

To submit a claim, you will need proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, the retailers name, and a list of the items purchased. If this information cannot be provided, unfortunately, we will be unable to process your claim.

If upon reviewing your claim, we find that a manufacturer defect exists with your WonderFold product that affects the functionality of the product, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the part or product at no charge to you. In some instances, we will request the damaged part be sent back to our warehouse for inspection. If the part is not shipped within three weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty for your product will be null and void for the remainder of the warranty period.

Some exclusions apply which would void or do not apply to the one-year warranty, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Damage due to normal wear and use, misuse, neglect, abuse, and alterations
  • Damage caused by corrosion, mold, rust, sun intensity, sweat, detergents, sunscreen, damp storage, frequent washing, improper maintenance, storage, or failure to keep dry
  • Rust that does not prohibit the performance of the item
  • Exceeding weight restrictions
  • Not using as instructed
  • Not heeding warning labels and recommendations as provided on instructions or packaging
  • Dropping the item
  • Damage resulting from an accident, freight, or air transportation.

If there is any misuse of our warranty, the customer will no longer be able to file a warranty claim for past or future WonderFold purchases and the customer will be removed from all WonderFold programs they participate in.

We want our customers to enjoy our products fully and firmly caution them against buying from an unauthorised dealer.

Since we have no formal relationship with these retailers, we may not help you should you experience difficulties with your products.

To ensure the integrity of your purchases, we recommend that you only purchase our products from Dealers that are authorised. We officially recognise these dealers, and we will honour any warranty from these official retailers only.

Discount Codes

The correct discount code must be entered at the basket page to redeem. We can not refund the discount after your order, so make sure you added your code in when you are ordering. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer without prior notice. All orders subject to availability.
