We are family business dedicated to supporting parents and caregivers through the journey of pregnancy and beyond.

Baby Central was born from Central Medical Supplies -renowned suppliers of critical care and neonatal equipment. Our mission at Baby Central is to provide a curated selection of trusted products that meet the highest standards of safety, innovation, and functionality.

We are proud to be the UK's only distributor of WonderFold Wagons and Dr. Brown's bottles, offering quality options that ensure comfort and convenience for your little ones. Our exclusive range also includes dreamgenii pillows. A range of pregnancy and feeding pillows designed to provide optimal support and comfort for expectant and new mothers. We’re delighted to announce that, starting 1st March 2025, we will be the exclusive distributor of Bébécar UK prams, pushchairs, and car seats! Bébécar is a brand synonymous with quality and innovation, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to our growing portfolio.

Meet The Team

Phil Champ

Chairman & Managing Director

Phil has led Central Medical Supplies for over 36 years, overseeing its growth and development within the healthcare sector. In 2023, the company’s retail division was established as an independent entity, marking the launch of Baby Central.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Phil values time spent with his grandchildren and serves as an Owner and Director of the Cornish Pirates Rugby Union Club.

Sally Corden

Retail Administrator

Sally is kept on her toes by her adorable golden retriever puppy, Albie. In her younger years, Sally was a top javelin thrower. These days, her pace might be a little more relaxed, with her favourite way to unwind being the simple joy of a delicious bacon bap!

Mollie Spooner

Social Media Content Creator

She’s a big foodie who loves discovering new places to
eat, spending time with friends, and getting outdoors for walks with her cocker spaniel, Indy. When she’s not out and about, you’ll likely find her with a good book — ideally with an Aperol Spritz in hand, her favourite drink!

Holly Hartley

Meet Holly! Whether she’s at the gym, binge-watching EastEnders, or juggling babysitting duties for her family, there’s never a dull moment when Holly’s around!

Karen Johnson

Retail Administration Manager

She’s been part of the team for an amazing 15 years (with a short break in between while living in Dubai). Karen has a soft spot for bears, a strong dislike for frogs, and a love for wine and exploring as much of America as she can.

Nicola Campbell

Marketing Executive

Meet Nicola! She recently joined the marketing team in June 2025. Outside of work, she loves playing tennis, going on picturesque hikes, planning her next holiday, and spending time with family and friends. Her all-time favourite sweet treat is Battenburg.

Amy House

Marketing Manager

Amy has been part of the team since May 2019. She loves walking in the Peak District, spending time with her son Wilfred, and is always up for coffee, cake, and the perfect glass of rosé.

Debbie Thomas

Finance Manager

Debbie joined the team at the start of 2025. When she's not at work, you’ll find her enjoying cocktails with friends, visiting theme parks, and occasionally attempting to go for a run!

Phil Bosher

Sales Director

Phil joined the team in 2024 and has been a great addition ever since. Outside of work, he enjoys playing 5-a-side football, hitting the gym, and going for bike rides. A dedicated football fan, he loves cheering on his local team, Maidenhead United, alongside his boys.

When he's not watching the game, he's busy supporting his sons in their own sporting activities — always on the go and always involved!

Cassie Beecroft

Sales Bebecar UK

Cassie joined the Baby Central team in 2025 and brings over 13 years of experience working with Bebecar to the role.

Cassie’s true passion lies in community work. She currently serves as Chair of the North Walsham Good Neighbour Scheme, dedicating her time to helping others locally. She also plays a huge role in raising funds for Young Lives vs Cancer, with her family and friends collectively raising over £10,000 so far—a cause very close to her heart.

When she’s not busy supporting others, Cassie enjoys the simple pleasures in life: spending quality time with her family, enjoying a night out with her husband and friends, getting lost in a good library book—and of course, never saying no to a glass of prosecco!

Joan Thomas

Executive Support

Joan has been with the team for an amazing 16 years! When she’s not hard at work, she loves hitting the road in the motorhome with her husband, exploring new places—especially those with a cosy local pub nearby for a well-earned glass of wine (or two!). At home, she’s devoted to her rescue Border Terrier, Piper, who truly is her world. Family time is always a top priority for Joan, and she treasures every moment spent with her loved ones.
